High accuracy hexapod
The ZEPHYR hexapod provides 1 µm resolution on each translation and 4 µrad resolution on each rotation stage. It answers to the most requiring needs of the optical, spatial, electronical industries or nanotechnologies fields.
ZEPHYR is special because it provides long range linear and angular travels with a 25 kg payload.
